Opinion of the members present is that we should target placing the bylaw recommendation to be on the warrant for the regular town meeting and not attempt to have a special town meeting for this sole purpose.

Town of Otis public hearing for site review on an accessory building
Great Barrington public hearing re to 300 Stockbridge road for retail use in the rear of the building.

Scott brought up his concern with green community requirements for stretch code building requirements. The Members present agree with that concern.
